Kegel Project

Welcome to The Kegel Project: Pelvic Floor Fortitude!  For several weeks I, along with 8 other volunteers, practiced our Kegels and once a week reported what we did and what results we are saw.  Some used Kegel balls or other exercisers, some did it freestyle.
